Do you know what a YouTube channel is? Do you know how many there are out there?
Did you know that tech-savvy internet users have been able to monetize YouTube and get a check from them every month?!
Ever wonder how and why videos ever even end up on YouTube? And did you know this can all be done by a fifteen-year-old kid?! Well, it's all news to me!
Join us for a program by Lukie Heim, son of our own Amira Heim, as he explains his YouTube business.
It'll be news to most of us! Entrepreneurs - this program is for you.
Please note - we are planning to continue with a hybrid meeting format. For hybrid meetings we are aiming for a minimum of 20 in-person attendees in order to support the meeting logistics. For those comfortable to attend in person, masking and social distancing rules will be followed although relaxed if you are vaccinated. Registration is required for in-person attendance so that we can plan meals. Register here if you have not done so.
For those who wish to see the presentation from a Zoom meeting, your login information is below:

Draft Strategic Plan was included in the email
Amended Club Bylaws (Clean and Track Changes) was included in the email
We provided these documents to you for your review and input and will be voting to approve the documents during our March 23rd club meeting. Should you have any comments or considerations, please share them directly with me by email at nicole.matz1@gmail.comno later than Friday, March 18th so comments can be compiled for any necessary discussion at our meeting.
Strategic Plan Framework
During Brooke's presidency, she assembled a strategic plan committee to draft the attached strategic plan which outlines high-level goals for our club. The intention is that these goals set the framework for our objectives for the next several years and provide consistency across our Rotary club calendar years. The plan is meant to be a dynamic "living" document which is reviewed and updated at regular intervals to ensure it aligns with the clubs goals and intentions. We will vote on the approval of the Strategic Plan at the September 1st club meeting. Once approved, we will work to implement specific actions to support the goals that are outlined and endeavor to have specific, measurable outcomes with progress updates provided to our club during Club Assembly or at other times deemed appropriate.
Club Amendment to Bylaws
During Brooke's presidency, she also took the initiative, along with the board, to review and update the attached Bylaws as they had not been amended in some time. The intention was to ensure that our practices align with our Bylaws and to make any revisions to reflect current practice. You can review the "Track Changes" version to easily see what updates were made.
I sincerely thank Past President Brooke for her proactivity and to those who served on the Strategic Plan Committee and Board for their input.
We look forward to addressing any questions or comments you may have and thank you in advance for your attendance at the March 23rd meeting for our vote.

PLEASE download the Neidig Chairperson packet HERE as it has all the necessary registration instructions. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for students to attend camp.
In the Neidig Chairperson Packet you will also see easy hyperlinks to register your club and your campers and buy chicken barbeque tickets. I have attached the packets HERE for your convenience.
For complete instructions, please make sure you read the Club Chairperson Packet. We have included screen shots to help make registering easy. The registration fee is $300/camper. There is no limit on how many campers a club sends.
Neidig Night tickets will only be available through on-line purchase with a credit card. Remember, the price of the Neidig Night Barbeque is included in the camper tuition, so you do not need to purchase tickets for campers.
To help people understand the spirit of our camp, we created a short promotional video that can be accessed on our website home page. This is a wonderful tool to use for recruitment of campers. If you have any questions or need additional help, please to do not hesitate to contact Charlie or myself at the e-mail addresses listed below.
Thanks for your support and see you at camp!!
