This week at Rotary - Bootleg Bonanza

Come join us as we visit a unique new business in Pottstown which is located at the recently renovated building at the corner of High & Hanover St.

Garrett Lopata, owner of Bootleg Bonanza, will host us in his store for this hybrid meeting.

Bootleg Bonanza is an alternative toy store specializing in collectibles and also creating unique new toys. They were recently featured on WFMZ.

For those attending in person, social distancing and masks will be required. Street parking is available as well at the municipal lot across the street at the old rail station. Registration is required for those attending in-person as food will be provided. For your comfort we recommend bringing a camp chair.

The in-person meeting will begin at 5:30 for a social time with food and the Zoom meeting will begin by 7:00 (details below).

We look forward to learning more about Garrett's business and why he chose Pottstown.

Schuylkill River Greenways

COCKTAILS, SILENT AUCTION & FILM FESTIVAL

Join SRG for this annual fundraising event in Pottstown on March 31, 2021 as we

honor outstanding supporters of Schuylkill River Greenways.
The evening will include a cocktail party, silent auction, and admission to the
Paddling Film Festival as a Movie Drive-In.

Due to weather, the Serving the Schuylkill Appreciation Night and Paddling Film Festival has been postponed until this Wednesday, March 31, 2021.

The 2021 Serving the Schuylkill Appreciation Night will return on March 31 at The Sunnybrook Ballroom in Pottstown.
SRG will recognize several deserving individuals and organizations with an awards ceremony for their support in our mission to connect people and communities
to the Schuylkill River and Schuylkill River Trail. Festivities will take place outdoors and include a COVID-compliant open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and silent auction.

This year’s Serving the Schuylkill event features admission to the Paddling Film Festival.
The international adventure film tour presents the world’s best paddling films of the year.
Your ticket gets you access to both events!
The Serving Schuylkill Appreciation Night will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on March 31, and the film festival will follow from 8 to 10 p.m.
If there is inclement weather, both events will be postponed until March 31st.

Edgewood Cemetary Art Show & Clean-Up

Hobart's Run and Edgewood Historic Cemetery are looking for local artisans who would like to exhibit & sell their wares as part of the spring cemetery clean-up, Saturday, April 10 (raindate April 17).

Help bring some joy to the grounds while raising funds for its maintenance.

Artisans may contact Bronwyn DeMaso at 484-2235-7875. An 8x10 BYO table is $25 and payments may be made to:

Artists are also encouraged to donate an item to the fundraising raffle.

All proceeds benefit the Edgewood Historic Cemetery. Set up for artisans will be at 8 am and the cleanup will be from 9-1.
