Rotary International has added PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT to the list of our core values. One of the most important messages on this topic is "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle"! Protection of the environment goes hand-in-hand with other traditional Rotary pillars of health and clean water. Recycling in 2021 isn't just bins for old newspapers anymore. State of the art technology includes mixed stream recycling, flexible plastic packaging recycling, public drop-off centers for e-waste, and many more innovations. J.P.Mascaro's is at the forefront of this technology, even implementing a new pilot program here in Pottstown. Our speaker, Jeff Furchinman, General Manager at Mascaros' new division TotalRecycling, Inc in Birdsboro will be talking about what his company is doing and will answer your questions on this vital topic.
