RYERSS Farm for Aged Equines

Join us at one of Pottstown's best kept secrets! RYERSS Farm for Aged Equines is home to eighty (80!) retired horses from all areas of the horse world. Just 15 minutes from Pottstown, it offers a haven for horses over the age of 20 years (about 57 in human years) for the rest of their lives (usually 25-30 years, sometimes up to 36 or 37 years). 

All breeds, all colors, all sizes, all backgrounds. Please bring any horsey-friends and family with you.

Founded in 1888, Ryerss Farm is the country’s oldest non-profit organization of its kind, dedicated to providing a comfortable retirement for horses, which faithfully served their former owners or which were rescued from abusive situations.
