This week at Rotary - Pottstown Public Library

Peggy Whittaker has invited Fred Remelius, her newest colleague on the Board of Directors at Pottstown Regional Public Library, to our first program in May.

As you know, Pottstown Rotary is a long-time supporter of the Pottstown Library, by strength of our Rotary obligation towards Literacy. Most recently, we have served as members of the Board of Directors (Jim Phillips, Deb Penrod, Bill Brogley, Peggy Whittaker, among others) as well as direct financial Club and individual contributions.

Please come learn how the library has survived the pandemic, the reduced funding, and the much-increased needs and demands from the community.

And the Library is celebrating its 100th year anniversary!

Bring your Library cards or be prepared to sign up if you don't have one!

Please note - we are planning to continue with a hybrid meeting format. For hybrid meetings we are aiming for a minimum of 20 in-person attendees in order to support the meeting logistics. For those comfortable to attend in person, masking and social distancing rules will be followed although relaxed if you are vaccinated.
