WHAT is a District DEI program?! It's "A Conversation on Becoming a Welcoming Club by Embracing Diversity, Equality & Inclusion".
It's that simple, but that difficult at the same time.
This program was developed by District 7430 to address the specifics needed to establish the environment for a successful, vibrant and growing Rotary Club. And who couldn't use some ideas and help with that?
Several of our Pottstown Rotarians have been involved in the creation of the program, or have attended DEI presentations at other clubs in 2nd Q 2021. It comes highly recommended!

Please note - we are planning to continue with a hybrid meeting format. For hybrid meetings we are aiming for a minimum of 20 in-person attendees in order to support the meeting logistics. For those comfortable to attend in person, masking and social distancing rules will be followed although relaxed if you are vaccinated.
