DESCRIPTION:New Pilot Program for Committee Meetings: To reduce the demand 
 on your time\, and increase the number of members able to  participation 
 on committees\, we are streamlining how we schedule committee meetings.  
 One program every two months will be dedicated to working committee meetin
 gs for all interested members\, immediately following dinner. We hope to r
 educe or eliminate the need for meetings prior to\, or at the conclusion o
 f\, our regular Wednesday programs\, or on separate days of the week. Othe
 r Rotary Clubs report that this has worked well for them\, and we can twea
 k as we get experience.   Our standing Committees at this time include: -
 Membership -Programs -Youth Service -Community Service   Ad hoc committee
 s (Golf\, Bowling\, Big Ticket\, Duck Race\, etc) will meet as needed for 
 our annual events/fundraisers   Standing committees may choose whether or
  not they want to meet or defer to other committees. In addition\, the Pre
 sident and Treasurer will be available at each meeting should there be any
  procedural or financial questions.
